Shipping – Returns – Warranty

Shipping Policies:

Free shipping on orders over $100, lower 48 states only.

Orders over $100 and within the lower 48 United States qualify for FREE Ground Shipping. This is a residential delivery service, with deliveries Monday – Friday from 9:00am to 8:00pm. Some areas may qualify for Saturday delivery. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm PST may be processed the following Monday.

We know you want your gear as quickly as possible and we do our best to to deliver it as quickly as possible. Most orders will ship same day, or next day. In the case that we don’t already have an item in stock, we work closely with our vendors to have the product shipped directly to you from their warehouse. 

You will typically be notified of shipping confirmation and tracking within 24 hours of an item shipping. 

Please allow 1-4 days for your order to be shipped depending on availability and backorder status. You will receive your order anywhere from 1-5 business days (contiguous US) from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.

Upon order placement, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

For orders containing backordered items, we will hold the entire order until all items are in stock. Once all items are in stock, we will ship the complete order. Customers may request that orders be split with in-stock items being shipped as soon as possible, and back-ordered items shipped when they become available.

Hazardous items must be shipped via Ground Shipping with no exceptions.



Orders under $100, and/or shipped outside the contiguous US.

Oversized items. (This will be noted on the product page)

Imported item(s) from outside the contiguous US. This will be noted on the product page.

Tires are shipped with a flat rate of $5.00 per tire, contiguous US only.


Other Shipping Guidelines:

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be charged a $25 shipping fee regardless of order value. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship hazardous or oversized items to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico at this time. There are exceptions to this, please contact us for special requests.

If you refuse a package upon delivery, or “return to sender”, your account will be credited for the merchandise ordered, however you will be responsible for all applicable shipping fee’s, duties, etc.

J’S Speedshop is not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control, e.g., severe weather, carrier related issues, natural disasters etc. Please allow extra time for these types of occurrences.

International Shipping & Customs Policy:

International Shipping is available, however there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. You will be contacted if this is the case.

There are no refunds on International Shipping Costs.

Unless specified otherwise on the product page, customers are responsible for any applicable customs fee’s or duties assessed by the destination country for all international orders. It is the buyers responsibility to understand any applicable customs laws for their purchase.

Custom fees and/or duties are separate of shipping fees, and may be charged by the carrier (UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.) at time of delivery. If you refuse to pay these fee’s, your order will be returned. Shipping fee’s will not be refunded. 

If you refuse a package upon delivery, you will be responsible for all shipping, custom, and/or duties/fee’s.

If a package is undeliverable and returned to J’S Speedshop all shipping / customs / duties charges will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If the price to return the merchandise exceeds the total amount of the merchandise, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

Unfortunately, J’S Speedshop has no control over how long an international shipment will take for delivery, or how long it will remain in Customs / Inspection. Please allow extra time for these types of occurrences.

Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

We want to make returns or exchanges as quick and easy for our customers as possible. To help with this, please be sure to read the Refund & Returns Guidelines listed below before initiating a return.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

To initiate a return and receive an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) sign in to your J’S Speedshop account within 30 days from the date your order was delivered, go to your order history and follow the steps to initiate your return.

Refunds will be credited back using your original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable, your refund will be issued in the form of store credit. It can take 3 to 5 business days to process a return after we receive it and you’ll receive an email confirmation after it has been processed. After we process your return, actual funding will be subject to the time it takes your bank or funding source to process the refund.


Refund, Exchange & Return Guidelines:

We strive to make sure every customer receives brand new, undamaged products. For the fastest turnaround and to receive a full refund or exchange please make sure to follow these steps. We inspect every return and any used or damaged items will be returned to the customer. Please don’t wear, mount, use, ride etc. (with) items before initiating a return. For example, test fit boots on carpet, in the house, not outside.

In short, please don’t return any items in a condition that you wouldn’t want to receive yourself.

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging, including all boxes, plastic containers, bags etc, and any/all protective packaging. Torn or damaged packaging will not be accepted.
  • Vacuum sealed products cannot be returned if they are opened. If sealed packaging is opened, the item is no longer in “new condition”.
  • All returned products must be in new condition with zero wear, with all original packaging, tags/stickers/films still attached. We cannot accept returns on items that have any signs of use, damage, or wear. Signs of use or wear can be, but not limited to scratches, scuffs, stretching, dents, dirt, pet hair etc., or any signs the product has been mounted. (As previously mentioned, any tags, clips, information booklets, instructions, stickers, etc., are considered original packaging).
  • Please take care to securely package your return and do not use the items original packaging as the outer shipping container. If we receive your product damaged we will not be able to accept it as a return. Please place the items original packaging into a separate larger shipping container. We recommend using the box your items were originally shipped in.
  • Please include your original invoice and any other documents, necessary contact information or special instructions inside of the return.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the cause of the return was an error on our part. All returns must be prepaid, and be accompanied by an RMA. We do not accept C.O.D., and any items returned to us via C.O.D. (or any variation) will be rejected and labeled “Return To Sender”. We are happy to provide a shipping label with your RMA, however if you decide to use your own carrier, we advise you to use a carrier that provides tracking, and to insure your package to protect against damages.
  • Unless it’s due to an error on our part, all shipping fee’s, international taxes, duties, or customs fees are non-refundable.


Items not accepted for return:

All electronics will be considered on a case by case basis. Same guidelines listed above apply to electronics.

Certain electronic items, such as but not limited to, OEM or aftermarket ignition components (coils, stators, CDI/ECU’s etc.)

Custom or programmed items and/or customer requested alterations are non-returnable.

J’S Speedshop LLC stands behind all products and manufacturers warranties for defects in workmanship and materials. While most products are limited to the manufactures warranty and some warranty issues will need to be addressed directly with manufacturer, please don’t hesitate to contact us, we will always try find the solution that works best for you.
